Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday – all busy days, luring consumers into stores and onto websites, looking for holiday deals.
The last two weeks in the Florida Keys has also seen a flurry of activity. 209 new listings have come on the market (many of them multiple listings in the same Marathon marina), 81 properties went under contract and 50 properties have closed.
