Yet another month has come to a close here in the Florida Keys. We’ve survived lobster mini-season, haven’t had any tropical storms and kids have less than a month before they head back to school.
The real estate market has continued to stay stable during the summer months. Showings are not as frequent, but that is expected during the summer months. This past week we had 21 new listings, 21 properties go under contract and 16 closed sales.
