Florida Keys Real Estate Activity – September 26th to October 2nd, 2011

The past week in the real estate market was a brisk one, with 71 new listings coming on the market, 47 properties going under contract and 37 properties closing.

Sold Listing – B-105 Moon Bay

Closed sales include a 3 bedroom condo in Moon Bay in Key Largo. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit also features a downstairs guest apartment steps from the pool. Listed at $299,000, it sold for $225,000.  My listing at unit A-502 in Moon Bay is under contract and should be closing within the next three weeks. A-502 was listed at $268,000 at the time of contract.
