When buyers are looking at property, they often ask their Realtor what they think the seller will take for the home. They want to know how much the seller will come down from their listing price. While it is true that some properties sell for full listing price, many do not.
But how big is the difference between asking price and selling price? According to MLS statistics, not that much. A quick look at the sales for the last six months in the Upper Florida Keys shows that it is an average of 91.75 percent.
